Hi, I'm Kristen. I created Nourished Minds Health & Wellness to support adults who have felt misunderstood by traditional health advice — especially those who are late-diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring neurodivergence.Many people blame themselves for struggling to maintain routines or “stick with” wellness plans. But often, the issue isn’t effort — it’s that most health advice isn’t designed for different nervous systems, fluctuating capacity, or burnout cycles.I take a holistic, neuroaffirming approach that considers the full picture of your life: nourishment, movement, sleep, stress, environment, relationships, and daily capacity. Together, we create flexible, sustainable systems that support your well-being.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, a Master’s degree in Public Health, and certification as a Health Coach. My work combines evidence-based health science with practical, compassionate support designed for real life.
